User Obligations
As a registered user of our B2B marketplace, you agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. Misrepresentation of business identity or inventory may result in immediate suspension.

- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account login.
Marketplace Rules
All listings must represent genuine event materials available for B2B rental or sale. Prohibited items, misleading descriptions, and price manipulation are strictly forbidden. EMH reserves the right to remove listings that violate community standards without notice.

Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and honor quoted terms unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Buyers must use the platform in good faith and not solicit sellers to complete transactions off-platform to circumvent listing policies.
Intellectual Property
The platform, including its original content, features, functionality, logos, and design elements, is owned by Event Material Hub and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Event Material Hub acts as a listing and inquiry platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of goods, process payments between parties, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any transaction completed off or through the platform.
In no event shall EMH, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
